As the founder of FirstCall HR Solutions, I’m passionate about helping small businesses build strong people systems that support growth, compliance, and long-term success.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and have spent years working in human resources, leadership, and workforce management through both military service and private business ownership. My professional experience has given me a firsthand understanding of the challenges organizations face when balancing people, processes, and business goals.

During my military career, I served on active duty as a Career Counselor, where I specialized in workforce retention, employee engagement, career development, and personnel management. In that role, I analyzed HR metrics, prepared retention and readiness reports, conducted career counseling, and developed onboarding and welcome programs designed to support employees throughout their professional journey.

In 2020, I deployed overseas in support of military operations, an experience that strengthened my leadership abilities, adaptability, and commitment to serving others in high-pressure environments. Throughout my military service, I’ve worked closely with leaders and employees from diverse backgrounds, helping organizations maintain readiness, improve communication, and support their workforce effectively.

Beyond my HR experience, I spent three years operating and growing my own business in the entertainment and event coordination industry. Managing a small business provided valuable insight into the realities business owners face every day—from policies and documentation to customer service, scheduling, and growth planning. That experience allows me to approach HR not only from the perspective of a consultant, but also from the perspective of someone who understands the demands of running a business.
